- It is a good idea to be one of the first Mikveh goers in the morning while the water is still fresh.
- Don’t toivel dishes in the Mikveh. No one wants to eat off of those.
- Take a shower before you dunk.
- Don’t join someone in the shower. It is creepy.
- No Camera Phones in the Mikveh.
- Always bring your own towel.
- If there is a line waiting to dunk don’t touch anyone.
- Never start going down the steps towards the water until the other person gets completely out of the Mikveh to avoid the eye level view.
- Never, under any circumstances step into the water when someone else is already in the Mikveh (unless the line is bumper to bumper).
- It is a good idea to take a shower after the Mikveh too.
- Put your underpants on first, then your shirt.
- Dry the floor where you get dressed. No one likes having wet socks.
